Jane Horan BSc
Jane is one of the co-founders and is responsible for the quality assurance and compliance functions within Vitrology Limited with over twenty years experience in a quality regulated environment.

After attaining her degree she started her commercial career as a Quality Control Technician for Life Technologies Limited in 1986. After several promotions she became the Acting QA Manager, this experience gained her tremendous knowledge in all aspects of quality control testing and quality assurance systems before joining Q-One Biotech Limited in 1993. Here she was responsible for compliance of both Good Laboratory Practice and Good Manufacturing Practice documentation quality systems for eleven years. Jane played a lead role in all areas of the business and developed successful, quality driven, operating systems that allowed Q-One Biotech Limited to continually meet client requirements and be held in high regard within the industry. Shortly after the merger with BioReliance she left to assist two biotech companies to manufacture and batch release Phase III Clinical Trial material before joining Vitrology Limited as Director of Quality Assurance.
